On the heels of last January’s Cyclo-cross World Championships, Fayetteville and the Northwest Arkansas community is once again set to welcome a worldwide audience of teams, athletes, and spectators as host for the 2022 OZCX and UCI Cyclo-cross World Cup - Fayetteville weekend of events October 14-16, 2022.
The OZCX weekend will provide a welcoming, vibrant, and inclusive atmosphere with a charitable purpose - raising awareness and meaningful fundraising opportunities for Arkansas Children’s Northwest, the areas Children's Miracle Network Hospital, serving more than 200,000 kids in Northwest Arkansas.
Arkansas Children’s is the only hospital system in the state solely dedicated to caring for children, which allows the organization to uniquely shape the landscape of pediatric care in Arkansas. As the events recognized beneficiary, revenue generated from the 2022 OZ Cross and UCI Cyclo-cross World Cup – Fayetteville weekend will directly benefit Arkansas Children’s.
Hundreds of volunteers are needed to make this event and important fundraiser a success, and there are a variety of volunteer opportunities and shifts available to select from.
