Will the event be canceled if there is bad weather?

No. Races will take place rain or shine! Come prepared for the weather and potentially muddy conditions. Wear comfortable shoes that allow for standing and walking on natural terrain.

I have COVID/missed my flight/my car broke down/I decided not to come/I can’t make it to the event for any reason, can I get a refund?

No, General Admission tickets and any donations made are nonrefundable. If the event itself is canceled, all VIP tickets will be automatically refunded.

When can I get into the venue?

Gates open at 9:00am local time on Friday, and 7:00am local time on Saturday and Sunday. We recommend arriving early to stake out a good course-side view of the races.

Can I purchase tickets on the day of the event?

Yes, ticket sales will remain open and available for purchase through the weekend.

What measures are being taken to mitigate the risk of COVID-19?

With the COVID-19 pandemic continually evolving, any state or local COVID-19 health measures in place at the time of the event will be communicated to spectators and participants ahead of time. Please respect all posted signs around the site regarding COVID-19 health measures.

Is there parking available at the venue?

No, there is no onsite vehicle parking available for General Admission ticket holders. Complimentary shuttles and bicycle valets will be available for fans attending the event. Find more Parking Information here.

How long do the shuttles run?

Complimentary shuttle service will be provided on October 14, 15, and 16. Click here to see locations, directions, and schedule for available shuttles.

Can spectators walk on the racecourse before/after races?

No, for your safety and the safety of the riders, you will only be able to walk on the racecourse at designated crossing locations at all times.

Will there be food available at the event?

Yes, concessions will be available daily, with both meal and snack options provided. Please bring your preferred payment method for purchase.

Will there be alcohol available at the event?

Yes, there will be beer available for purchase for spectators and participants 21+. Please bring your ID and your preferred payment method to receive a wristband that allows you to enjoy adult beverages on site.

Can I bring lawn chairs?

Yes, lawn chairs are allowed in the venue if you wish to sit down, but you are responsible for the storage and transport of any seating you choose to provide.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

No, outside food and drink is not allowed in the venue. If necessary, bottles, formula, and breastmilk may be brought into the park for infants and young children that require them.

Can I bring a water bottle?

No, please leave your reusable water bottle at home. If you are cycling into the event, you may leave your water bottle with the bicycle valet.

Can I bring my dog?

No, pets are not allowed in the venue for the safety of our riders and staff. Service Animals are allowed within the venue.

What else can’t I bring?

All bags are subject to security checks at the main gate and you will be prohibited from entry if you have any of these items: firearms, weapons, outside food and drink, pets, drones, unmanned aircraft, signs, megaphones, sound amplifiers, large spectator items such as poles, selfie sticks, large flags, or gimbals.

Can I smoke inside the venue?

No, smoking of any kind, including vaping products, is prohibited at Centennial Park.
