Follow the signs to exit the airport, then turn left (east) on to Hwy. 264 and go 3.5 miles to Cave Springs. At Cave Springs, turn right on to Hwy. 112/264, then go 0.4 miles. Turn left on to Hwy. 264 and travel east 6 miles to I-49. Take I-49 South for 10 miles and then take any of these exits for Fayetteville:
